First commercial passenger flight anniversary

First commercial passenger flight anniversary

Thanks to Wikipedia today I learned that this is the anniversary of the first commercial flight carrying paying passengers. This historic event was accomplished by the airship LZ-10 Schwaben. The article nicely explains the airships’ operations and the thousands of passengers which were carried so there is no need to repeat them here.

But, there is no mention of a museum related this airship but there is a novel one to see and it is the Zeppelin-Museum Zeppelinheim. Small though it is, the museum replicates a ¼-hull section of the LZ-10.
