Army Aviation in the National Infantry Museum

23 February 2019

The National Infantry Museum is the nation’s museum for the U.S. Army combat infantry forces and is rich with galleries as well as displays dating back to revolutionary times. Here, we emphasize the aviation aspects exhibited in the museum which is, fittingly, located in Fort Benning near Columbus GA. It is well suited for a visit with an excellent on-site restaurant and extremely clean restroom facilities as well as a unbelievable amount of parking.
