Aircraft Museums outside of the USA (grouped by country)

NOTE: ever since WordPress had to halt using JAVA I cannot update this listing

The countries are presented in alphabetical order in English and their native language is provided where practical. Locations are as accurate as possible, at times they are exact and at times they are general—with a few being very general. Amazingly, there are 60+ countries (including a protectorate) listed which have an incredible  total of 300+ museums between them. Remember that many towns have individual static aircraft displays or memorials—so it is good to keep a weather eye when out and about!

Several weeks ago we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to get from Bideford in North Devon to RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire, actually we needed to be dropped off just outside of that area, The traffic on the motorways was crazy, but we got there In the end…Its been a while since we used a taxi for such a journey and I just wanted to say thanks to the guy for not charging what the meter said…is it the fuel costs that set what the charges are??
